Shipping Charges

• There will be a charge of Seven Dollars ($8.00) for US Priority Mail delivery and Twenty Dollars ($28.00) for Second Day Air. CigarPrices.com reserves the right to choose the carrier. This charge excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
• For next day service, e-mail for current rate information.
• In the event of orders of substantial weight, CigarPrices.com, reserves the right to assess additional freight charges.
• No C.O.D. orders are accepted.

Return Policy

All merchandise is carefully checked before shipment. If you are not satisfied with the product, you must contact us within three (3) days to receive a return authorization. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the package being returned to us. Packages returned without our authorization number will be refused.

We will issue full credit for two (2) or less cigars smoked from a box. Credit will be proportionately given for what is returned. CigarPrices.com will not accept cigars returned after ten (10) days.

Ordering Online and Security

When you place an order at CigarPrices.com, you can be assured that the payment information you are providing will only be viewed by those with the proper authorization. This is possible through the use of Secure Socket Layers, or SSL.

Your order and payment information is transmitted on a secure "layer", shown by the letters "https" at the beginning of the Web site URL when you arrive at the ordering page. If you are using Netscape or Microsoft compatible browsers, you will notice an unbroken key or lock at the bottom. The use of the SSL will scramble (encrypt) the information sent from your computer to our server. When we retrieve your order, we have the authority to de-scramble (decrypt) your order and payment information. Online shopping is convenient, easy and secure.
