At Cigarprices.com, we offer you a chance to find a lower price for any product offered on our website. First, browse through our site for your favorite cigars or other product. If you can find a lower price at one of our competitor's websites, we will beat it by $5.00. However, if you do decide to price match, the 10% off any order over $100 deal is not available.
The following terms and conditions apply:
- Competitors must be an established and legitimate retailer website. Auction sites, trading sites, membership sites, personal shopping sites and catalogs are not accepted for price beating.
- Customers ordering more than one brand or size may use different websites for each different brand or size ordered.
- In any case where a competitor's website or price cannot be verified, the customer will be notified via e-mail that their order has been declined. At our discretion, the customer will be informed of the reason for the rejection of the order.
- Completing and submitting a price beating form is considered a commitment of purchase on the customer's behalf.
- Customers will be notified via e-mail upon acceptance of their order and at that time will be given their new and lower price.
To get the guaranteed lowest price for your cigars:
- First choose your cigar brand or cigar accessory from list on left.
- Find the cigars or products that you want and then go to the product detail page. You will see our price.
- If you have found a lower price and want to price match please fill out the information needed including:
- the lowest price you found
- the web page or link to where you found lower price
- the date you found lower price
- Submit your order which will be totaled using our price.
Upon acceptance of your order and price match information you will be notified via e-mail and at that time will be given your new and lower price (the lowest price minus $5 for each item) plus any shipping charges. Your order will then be processed and shipped.
If cigars or other products are not available at the time of order, the customer will be notified via e-mail with the option of choosing to accept a back order at their guaranteed lower price. The customer's credit card will not be charged until the product is available and the order is ready to ship. The customer may cancel the back order at any time prior to shipping.
